Nose: black cherries. 黑櫻桃
Mouth: well-structured with sweet meaty tannins.The wine had the heat and wildness of the Roussillon area. 結構良好的甜美果實單寧味，這款酒有胡西庸地區般的熱烈和野性
Matching food with wine: A nice piece of Beef. Mediterranean food. 牛排，地中海食物
這瓶紅酒一開始並怎麼容易入口，但是入口後香氣會從口中散發出來，帶有煙燻，黑莓的味道，最後是以綿密的黑巧克力收尾非常值得細細品味。
適合與好朋友一起靜靜的喝，或是自己一個人邊喝邊沈思。
這瓶紅酒我在跨年的時後開來喝，自己一個人默默的喝，緬懷過去與展望未來。希望新的一年也像這瓶紅酒一樣，或許一開始可能不怎麼容易開始（該死的歐債= =凸），最後的結果卻是令人難以忘懷。
